On May 9, 2008, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) hosted their 10th Annual Small Business Excellence Awards Luncheon, during National Small Business Week. The Greater Syracuse Business Development Corporation (GSBDC) honored SBA client Spencer-Virnoche, Inc. who was presented an award at the luncheon.
